There will always be aspects such as customer service or procedural changes that can be made to improve the quality of care. I believe this project will make health care more open and accessible to all populations. In my practice, I hope to become an effective leader while maintaining good relationships with patients. I intend to implement the five principles of the Triple Aim initiative into my practice to provide patients with a satisfying medical experience. If patients are well taken care of and emotionally satisfied, there will be fewer complaints and more people willing to see a doctor.
