There are disagreements regarding the use of certain subcultural theories to provide details of upper and middle class crime. Delinquency theory is one of the most common subcultural theories. The younger generation is getting involved in illegal crimes. According to this subcultural theory, juvenile delinquency can be considered as a social behavior whose source can be linked to the process of daily social interaction. In their daily, juvenile interactions, they tend to share so much personnel that it can encourage others to go and get involved in such acts some of which may be wrong and not respecting the law (Albert, 1955).
