Federal Express, commonly known as Fed Ex, is a renowned courier company that plays a leading role in the logistics industry and is considered the market leader as it offers a zero-defect system. The company is famous for its competitive techniques, strategic advantages, distinct thinking and lack of communication barriers. Although there are several logistics and courier based organizations, Federal Express has gained considerable reputation due to its services and innovation. It is the first courier organization to use an electronic forum to exchange orders. Innovation and innovation-related strategies have differentiated Fed Ex from the rest of the logistics company. Federal Express attempts to excel in market share through technological advancements and differentiation of products and services from those of its competitors. Although the company faced obstacles and hurdles at every stage, its powerful strategies saved it every time. The assigned topic deals with strategy execution in a globalized environment and the research paper will talk about the cost creation frontier of Fed Ex.
