Although there are several logistics and courier based organizations, Federal Express has gained considerable reputation due to its services and innovation. It is the first courier organization to use an electronic forum to exchange orders. Innovation and innovation-related strategies have differentiated Fed Ex from the rest of the logistics company. Federal Express attempts to excel in market share through technological advancements and differentiation of products and services from those of its competitors. Although the company faced obstacles and hurdles at every stage, its powerful strategies saved it every time.
