I know that the United States offers a wonderful opportunity to a less developed state, namely Turkey, in education, but some positions of Professors have been occupied by many Turkish academics in the United States, who have neither green cards nor American citizenship. These Turkish academics worked in the United States for years only on a work visa that they renewed, but they took the place of American academics. In this way, they stole the rights of Americans. This is totally unfair because when Americans or Turkish-Americans try to make their diplomas equivalent to a Turkish diploma, the Turkish government will not grant this equivalence and will put up many bureaucratic obstacles to make the applicants give up.
