    YouTube, owned by Google, is a great outlet for modern creativity, allowing video uploaders, called "content creators" or simply "YouTubers", to make a living from their content ; such as reviews, parodies and sketches; in terms of advertising revenue. Yet because of YouTube's new copyright system, Content ID, the media and the jobs of those who work there are in danger; Content ID is a broken system that needs to be revoked. By automatically scanning videos for even tiny amounts of copyrighted content, or allowing copyright holders to flag offensive videos themselves, and turning off ad revenue for the content creator (but not Google or the copyright holder) of the videos, YouTube's new copyright system makes content YouTube creators prosper to the point of losing their jobs, and this goes to against the rights of content creators. Since YouTube has a phenomenally large user base and allows monetization of videos using ads, it has become a viable job; Yet the jobs it created are now being destroyed. It does this by not only notifying content creators when copyrighted content is discovered, but immediately diverting revenue from the video only to Google and the alleged copyright owner. author (Tassi). This approach is a bit like a police officer who, after stopping a speeding person, immediately takes him to jail, rather than giving him a ticket. By doing this not only with videos with little copyrighted content, but without any copyrighted content in the form of false positives (Tassi), YouTube is losing money to many people.
