Organizational development can be defined as a systematic process of planning in which applying scientific principles and practical behaviors are introduced into the organization, with the aim of increase individual and organizational effectiveness. Organizational development is related to managing the arrangements of an organization with a method for bringing about organizational change and has a particular approach that claims to be much more than just a recipe for change management. Organizational development has much in common with other approaches in organizations. , it theoretically presents a certain number of characteristics which are: A planned medium and long term strategy. A systematic and systematic orientation. A process-oriented orientation. A normative re-educative orientation. The use of a change agent. An orientation towards Self- organizational support. Organizational development intervention is a program used to bring together a different organization, in one or more of its parts. It can focus on problems at one or more of four organizational levels: 1. The entire organization.2. Intergroup level.3. Intragroup level.4. The individual level. There are many models in the literature on the organizational development process and these are generally divided into intervention and different phases. Each phase has its own elements and we will try to explain them all briefly.1. The entire organization:1.1. Forces for Change - There is a link to the box titled “Organizational Mission and Objectives” which conveys the idea that there is an interaction between the forces for change and the objectives of an organization.1.2. Problem Diagnosis – Problems in the organization begin to be discovered, along with possible remedies and ways to achieve them. This means...... middle of paper ...... consultation we found the current situation, needs/interventions and recommendations for the future. Some of the interventions and recommendations were of a marketing nature, because that was the part that most resonated with these companies. Once we identified the problems and gaps of these companies (which was marketing), we continued to work on design and marketing (promotional materials, marketing plans, etc.). These recommendations were presented to 3 owners who are businesses and also donors to these businesses who were non-governmental organizations. Then the owners of the companies intervened, so what was the maximum we recommended to them, and for a certain period of time (six months) I managed to become independent and graduate from a social business incubator . It was one of my experiences where I practiced and I see the development organization up close.
