    The person I was interested in was Ms. Louis, director of Somerset in Romania. Somerset is more of a charity but has its own income which goes back to the workers. The workers take sewing classes that help them develop a skill they can use to earn an honest living, since many are classified as gypsies in many communities. Somerset also offers other types of training that could help others enhance their skills and build a broader foundation for Somerset. They provide English, computer and math classes that develop the core workforce. Ms. Louis works closely with Ms. Brown who serves on the Somerset Board of Trustees. Ms. Brown is the link between the United States and Romania and guides Ms. Louis in their future needs and investments. To go into detail, Ms. Louis is the Executive Director of this company and performs many functions including many international functions related to the company's image and the annual reports which are publicly announced each year.
