Many of the food choices these children make will have long-term effects on their health and well-being. In conclusion, all health food options should be in their advertisements so that children see more of them rather than fast food advertisements. We also need to provide more opportunities for children to play outside and participate in outdoor activities. Again, parents also need to become more involved in their children's lives, making sure that they and their children are eating properly, enjoying the outdoors, playing outside, and getting a good amount of exercise. Finally, if health food industries advertise more, outdoor activities improve, and parents become more involved in their children's lives, we can all end childhood obesity
