Obviously not, they are fighting 10 times harder for something that so many Americans take for granted. If anything, they worked harder than I did to get into college. Just to ultimately be turned away by employers. I just can't understand how we claim to be the greatest country in the world when we're not even close. In the video The Dream is Now, they mention that legally adding these undocumented immigrants to the country would actually bring a lot of money to the country. More kids would go to school to become doctors or lawyers and whatever else we need. Instead of sitting around wishing you could go somewhere in life. How is it fair that Alejandro's dream is to become a sailor? I went to a great school to acquire the discipline necessary to become a soldier. And then, because he doesn't have a social security number, he can't defend the only country he remembers, and the same country that denies him everything he's ever wanted.
