    In April 2014, the city manager of Flint, Michigan, made a decision that he believed would have been best for the city in order to save money money. Republican Gov. Rick Snyder's city manager appointee moved from Detroit's water system to the Flint River; Instead, many people suffered rashes, deaths, behavioral problems, and Flint residents had to rely on water for help from celebrities, the National Guard, and public water. help due to contaminated water. Even though this crisis began in April 2014, it did not receive sufficient media coverage. Recently, at the end of 2015, more and more people are now trying to support the crisis. As the story unfolded, the question that came to mind was why it took them a year to try to get back to the Detroit water system. Why is money a major issue when many people's lives are at stake? In both incidents where I witnessed the lack of social inclusion, I believe that recommendations such as those I have listed below will help resolve similar issues in the future. The recommendations aim to recruit people who are not only qualified, but who also believe in social justice for all.
