In the case of social networks, the advantages and disadvantages are clear. These apps have often connected the world and united people of different races, religions, social classes, and political parties around a single cause. This unifying power and freedom of expression, however, can actually become divisive and lead to immoral, unethical and sometimes illegal practices. I think this is the only flaw of social media, but rapid developments in technology will soon make it.
