If they can attend all classes and pay full attention, it can result in good exam results and complete their studies. However, there is one important factor that can affect their academic success, attendance, and current class focus: working part-time while studying. Nowadays, many students work part-time while studying. We will find the implication and effect before distributing some questions to the respondent and based on this we will know the response of the respondents and a researcher will evaluate the problem. I chose KPTM KL as a reference to accomplish this task.1.2 Problem StatementAccording to the rules of Kolej Poly-Tech Mara Kuala Lumpur, a student who fails to complete eighty percent (80%) of the total attendance for each subject without permission will not be able to take the final exam. This is a serious matter and the student who does not respect the rules will be strictly sanctioned by the management. Attendance in class is an important part while students are in the learning process. There are several effects if a student works part-time. One of the effects is that some students work until midnight, so they have to sleep late, which could make them tired all day and they will be late or miss class.
