Nowadays, recycling has become a popular topic because it basically impacts our environment in our lives. Recently, the recycling improvement system can solve the environmental problems of human life. There are three main points on how to manage waste or waste, such as reuse, reduce and recycle. According to my previous proposal, the definition of recycling is a process by which we can manage our waste or waste to transform it and become new useful products. “Recycling is the process by which previously used objects and materials are converted into something else, rather than thrown away” (Reno and Alexander, 2012, p.1). Additionally, recycling is a new modern solution to reduce the number of wasted products and we could technically reuse these unnecessary products or materials. Recycling also helps many people manage these wastes and create new valuable materials from these previously wastes. There are many specific reasons that make the recycling system useful, from lack of space for waste or garbage in our home to lack of a proper recycling system. Especially for recycling in Bali, this is due to tourism in Bali. Bali is a tropical island in Indonesia with more than three million inhabitants (Medina, 2009). Nevertheless, the Bali government created the “Bali Green and Clean” program, inspired by many visitors from other countries to encourage the Bali government to implement this recycling program (Indonesia Organic, 2010, pp. 1 ). Additionally, the Bali government has created a law for these programs.
