    The health of people is the result of internal and external factors. Describe two factors and explain their effects on people's health. There are a number of factors that affect people's health. Factors that affect human health can be divided into two categories: internal and external factors. Certain internal factors are considered psychologically important. . Such as knowledge about risk factors and risk reduction, attitudes, beliefs, social and life coping skills. Some external factors are important in social support, media, public sectors, economic and political factors, biological products, healthcare system, environmental and societal laws and regulations. . These are factors that we cannot control, for example the environment and family upbringing. This essay will focus first on the psychological aspects, within the framework of internal factors, and then on the environmental and social aspects, within the framework of external factors. Block 3, Open University. Internal factors of psychosocial health are very important. This part is harder to see because it's what's inside you. These are factors that include self-efficacy and personality changes as we mature. Some of them are hormonal functioning, physical health status, fitness level, and mental and emotional health. Psychological health factors we could divide into being:  mentally well, this gives us the ability to reason, interpret, sort information and make decisions. l, and mental and emotional health. Psychological health factors that we could divide into: Emotionally are actually heightened feelings or complex patterns of feelings.
