There is that one person in everyone's life that they just know they will never forget. It could be a stranger on the street who simply greeted them and brightened their day, or it could be someone they've known for years. Either way, they admire this person and want to be like them. For me, this person is my grandfather. I admire him and hope that one day I can have his personality; kind but firm, gentle but strong, fervent but serious. There are at least three reasons why I admire my grandfather more than anyone I know. To begin with, I respect my grandfather because he has been and always will be there for me when I need him. Back when I was depressed because my aunt was diagnosed with lung cancer, he stayed so strong, which I believe was only done in my presence. After all, she was his sister, so how could he have been so calm and relaxed? But he remained adamant and told me: “She will get better.” Everything will be fine.
