  • Essay / Our form of government. - 656

In our D form of government, the law is determined by a group elected by the people. The group would represent the needs and desires of the people and give the people the freedoms they need. This group will control the army and keep evil away from the population as much as possible. There will be natural conservation areas, keeping certain natural resources intact, and the areas in which the resources are used will be used properly, without excess, and with limited rations. Each person in the elected group would represent a population across the nation. Form of government B, every citizen votes for virtually everything from who governs to what law would be in place, which is great because it will always be set by majority rule. It would be very tedious to let the people decide on every policy. The electoral process would take longer and could become very confusing if not properly designed. You also cannot guarantee that the entire population will participate in the elections. If everyone is not completely informed, how could they make an informed decision in areas such as politics and the military. In form of government E, leadership is hereditary, branches decide how much control the leader has, sometimes the chief executive can get more power on his own. . The same family will always inherit leadership, therefore, always having a defined plan in place, the son or daughter will always rule. People aren't represented as much as they should be, that doesn't mean they won't get what they want in the end, there are just more people to refute your opinion, which makes laws more difficult to implement. The struggle over who has more power will always be in place, whether it is the inherited leader or the elite...... middle of paper ...... attached to the decisions they can make because that they cannot violate their governmental authority to set principles. More representatives are also needed for each local government, which means more tax money being used to pay politicians' salaries. This structure of government is not the most cost-effective type of government. Government Structure 1 Most governing power is held by the central government. The central government has full authority to make laws for the entire nation and lower governments implement them. Everyone would have the same rule, minimizing confusion and spending less energy enforcing different laws. Local and state territories would ultimately not be represented. The people would have no representation, laws would be made from the leaders' point of view, not the people's point of view, making it a biased and senseless set of policies and laws..
