“Those who dance are considered crazy by those who cannot hear the music.” George Carlin wrote this because he knew how important it is to dance. Dance is not just something that is done; it's a way of life. It encourages people to express themselves and be who they really are. This allows people to become more mentally aware of things in their lives; this helps build self-confidence, and all this is possible by experimenting with different dance styles. Most people dance because it is a way of expressing themselves. By dancing, a person can explain a lot to people about their movement rather than struggling to say it. Isadora Duncan says: “My art is only an effort to express the truth of my being in gesture and movement. » Modern dance is known to be a great way for someone to express themselves emotionally. Things like shaking someone's hand, raising a glass in a toast, saying goodbye, or applauding an artist. We are performing some form of movement. We live in a universe of time and space and dance is a form of art invented by human beings to express and transmit emotions. It is profound (Anderson, 2004, p. 8). There are melodies that, when played, will make your heart drop with sadness for a known reason. “In song and dance, man expresses himself as a member of a higher community.
