  • Essay / THREE VIEWS OF DANIEL 9 - 1239

IntroductionThe book of Daniel is one of the great books of the Bible and also one of the most debated books of the Bible. It contains details of Daniel's ministry and some of the most puzzling and fulfilled prophecies. Christians often think that prophecy is not very difficult and a simple prediction and propositional fulfillment, but it is more complex than that. Futurism holds that tribulation prophecies threaten the future of humanity. The following approach is often called preterism. Preterism accepts Daniel 9:24-27 as a prophecy of the Messiah but sees no gap between the 69th and 70th weeks of Daniel. The word preterist comes from a Latin word meaning past or past. This is exactly the approach they take to interpret this passage. The preterist h...... middle of paper...... atism. "Bibliography Arnold, Bill T. and Bryan Beyer.
