Summary: In America, marijuana has been a topic of debate for many years. Many people in society and even in the national government have strongly opposed the use of marijuana. They view marijuana as a drug that causes people to act against the rules set by society. However, they do not take into account the positive benefits that can come from using marijuana, which researchers have proven to have positive benefits in terms of people's well-being. Even the doctor has found ways that marijuana could be useful in the medical field. Rather, they have yet to provide evidence that marijuana is a direct cause of violence or even corrupt behavior in society. So the question is whether marijuana can actually have good benefits for society or is it just bad as most people and the government claim. Marijuana, also called weed, pot or weed, is the common name for a crude drug made from the plant called Cannabis sativa. It is a green, brown or gray mixture of dried and shredded leaves, stems, seeds and flowers of this plant. Along with this, it is generally used for pleasure and also for medicinal purposes. This raises the popular question: Should marijuana be legalized in the United States? This has been a matter of debate for many years, but regardless of your opinion on the matter, currently marijuana is illegal due to the passage of the Uniform State Narcotics Act which was passed in 1937. This law banned the use and sale of marijuana in the United States. Although many people believe that marijuana has no positive benefits, research has shown that marijuana has been used in medical practices for years.
