What sets Shakespeare apart from any other writer of his time, or later, is his ability to organize a realistic plot, manage themes, and develop characters within his works. Additionally, Shakespeare's ability to provoke feelings and reactions to his writings is also what sets him apart from other mainstream writers. Among his works, Hamlet is undoubtedly the most famous play in the English language. Probably written in 1601 or 1602, the tragedy constitutes an important stage in Shakespeare's dramatic development; The playwright achieved artistic maturity in this work through its brilliant depiction of the hero's struggle against two opposing forces: moral integrity and the need to avenge his father's murder. Although four hundred years have passed, this tragedy shines with a special beauty. In Hamlet, Shakespeare wrote a profound and incomparable tragedy of the human spirit from a very common myth and endowed the hero Hamlet with deep thoughts and emotions that many people possess. It is not for nothing that the famous writer Belinsky exclaimed: “Hamlet” is truly great and deep: it is life, it is human being, it is you, it is me, it's each of us. ¡±Hamlet was the young prince of Denmark. . His uncle Claudius murdered the old King Hamlet, married the queen and then became the new king. At the beginning of the play, the details of the murder are known to Hamlet, he swears revenge, and finally he does so, thus ending the action. Hamlet does not kill Claudius in the church, even though he has the best chance of doing so so far; He is known in the kingdom as a brilliant swordsman and shows his skill in the match with Laertes, after which he is able to cut the king and take the glass of poison from Horatio's hands, all while dying of poison mortal. What then is the reason for his delay in acting? This question has been the subject of numerous battles among literary critics. Undoubtedly, Hamlet had his own reason. And it should be related to his character.
