    Diffley's role as a pediatrician is to assist, supervise, and care for children, from infants up to twenty-one years old, with measles, mumps , respiratory problems, respiratory infections, stomach, acute immune diseases, bronchitis, and other infectious diseases. Meet, communicate, interact with families from different cultures to help them understand that parenting should be the best part of one's job. The hardest part of his job is when he encounters terminally ill children.
