Most people believe that suicide in young people's lives is caused by bullying and others like Deborah Temkin believe that there are other things that cause bullying. Do you think many people share this same assumption? People believe the same things as others because we all have the mentality that it's always the same thing or the problem, but that's not the case. Do you think the author (look at their credentials) and/or the publication might be biased? For what? Who is their target audience? The author's audience is people who are stuck with the idea that suicide is caused by bullying and the author is trying to convince the audience that that is not the only problem. After reading each article and considering the arguments from both points of view, what do you think? about the problem? Was the argument good enough to support each side's actions? Why or why not? This question makes sense to me because it's true that suicide isn't just due to bullying and people should know that's why it caught my attention.
