This complex and changing business world requires organizations to recognize the best approaches in order to remain competitive and achieve organizational success. Many companies consider downsizing and outsourcing to be the best solutions when faced with a dilemma, thereby destroying the organizational culture and motivation of the current workforce. Another way organizations achieve effectiveness is by developing an organizational motivation plan and transforming employees into a key asset in achieving organizational goals. The scope of this article includes the organizational motivation plan of my company that makes small widgets. Although there is high revenue and growth potential, costs and delivery times have increased due to low product quality. The motivation plan involves promoting high job satisfaction, high productivity and high quality work as well as low employee turnover. Additionally, methods for motivating all employees, including minimum wage workers, as well as analyzing the relevance of individualism and teamwork are discussed. The final part of the report contains proposed recommendations to improve the company's growth and profitability.
