She has two daughters aged 20 and 27. They waited eight years before starting a family because her husband was often absent due to his military commitment. It was around this time that my mother began to realize her dream of going to college. She worked, went to school and took care of the family at the same time. She is now a therapist and works with children with special needs. Having children has been a great experience as she has always worked with children. She was always there to listen to her daughters as she stayed home when her daughters were younger. It was a decision she and her husband made
