    John F Kennedy once said: “Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic intellectual activity and creative. » He believed that a person who has conditioned his body will surpass his efforts in order to achieve intellectual achievements. Parents across the United States have seen the impact exercise can have on students. After-school physical education programs, like sports, not only condition students to maintain physical health, but they also work with teachers to ensure that the mind is conditioned for learning as well. Students who participate in school sports must maintain their grades at academic standards to participate in the activity. Even though many people agree that physical education is important to the health and learning process of students, schools across America are still experiencing budget cuts that directly affect physical education programs and hinder the quantity of resources available to schools to educate students in physical education. In some cases, programs have been cut from schools entirely due to dramatic cuts in school funding. Physical education programs in schools should not suffer from budget cuts because they encourage positive lifestyle choices, exercise is good for an active brain and being physically fit is important for children to as they become adults.
