The introduction and conclusion were the most serious omission I used to make. When I wrote an essay, I simply introduced some background information about the topic at the beginning of the essay and concluded the main ideas at the end. In this English class, I learned that a good introduction should provide context, give the reader a clear idea of ​​what the article is about, and indicate the thesis being advanced; an effective conclusion should not only include the main points, but also include an in-depth perspective on the topic.
