Let bullying not be illegal, if employees don't want it, don't tolerate it. Write people and you have to tell them that if they don't behave properly they will be fired (Walter, 2013). To achieve better results and better chances of success, change should come from the top. When a CEO states that the company wants to have a positive culture and a great work environment, they will not tolerate any action that humiliates anyone or destroys their livelihood. As a result, business allows people to act freely to be creative, productive, innovative, happy, and loyal (Walter, 2013). Lower level employees must follow and often campaign to destroy workplace harassment in the company. For employees, the workplace is becoming increasingly unfair because employers know they have a lot of power and most laws are in their favor, and employees have fewer rights (Walter, 2013) . Employees look at the company, see how they react, expect a positive outcome, but if the company doesn't act, they will have a bunch of bullies, and all the great and competent employees will disappear (Walter, 2013).
