Some members may have difficulty interacting or working together, which can cause conflict within the team. Confusion can hinder the progress of teamwork. Demographic diversity can sometimes prevent a team from coming together, but there are other ways such as communicating via conference call, Internet chat, and email. Lack of communication can cause interactions and conflicts between team members, which can slow down engagement productivity.
