I like to integrate the “arts” into my classroom. One of the things I struggle with a lot is aligning my standards with my goals and making sure everything is completely aligned. I ask my students to work on a song and it doesn't really fit with the curriculum, which is a problem. Additionally, my coach is not very enthusiastic about incorporating “arts” into the classroom. He doesn’t see the “Arts” valve in class. However, the reason I am doing this project is to get my students thinking about their future filled with hopes and dreams. I believe that we can incorporate all forms of “arts” in many areas and that it allows students to use them to engage them. I want to encourage my students to realize that their dreams can come true. Many of my students want to become sound engineers, FBI, architects and actors. I mean, they're super amazing and super smart. I just want to open their eyes to the future and what their future could be if they decided to
