It is an important responsibility of all teachers, whether general education special educators, to ensure that the instruction they provide is measurably effective in meeting the needs of their students. Using differentiated instruction is a way of teaching; it requires educators to know their students well, so that they can provide each student with a good education with a lifetime of progressive learning experiences and tasks. Differentiation also means adapting teaching to the needs of each individual. Whether teachers differentiate content, processes, products, or the learning environment, the use of continuous assessment and flexible grouping makes it an effective approach to
