I was able to help people in the office and patients of all ages and backgrounds. I want to be able to learn from other people's experiences and perspectives to give me a better outlook on life. Working as a dermatologist will satisfy my need for variable interactions. I want to pass on my knowledge of dermatology to patients and also learn from them. My biggest concern for my career is that I will not be able to communicate effectively with the patient to ensure they know the importance of their skin problem. This is why I will continue to volunteer in medical settings to improve my social skills. After earning my bachelor's degree in biology and passing the MCAT, I will proceed with my acceptance into a four-year medical school and complete an internship to increase my chances of being admitted to a dermatology residency. Attending medical school would give me a beneficial experience to learn and improve my medical education. Then I will practice medicine either in private practice or in other areas. I will continue my medical education by learning from others and improving myself.
