Leech & Onwuegbuzie (2008), essentially suggest that the interaction of individual educational experiences, environmental and social conditions that occurred throughout the experiences examined became a component essential to data analysis. Therefore, this researcher asked the participants to recall their experiences, and for the most part, they were able to do so. Another benefit of using this qualitative approach for this research project was the ability to allow participants to be spontaneous and flexible in their interviews. Turner (2010) asserted that this flexibility proved valuable in allowing the exploration of each participant's unique experience through additional probing questions related to specific events. A third point supported by (Gill Stewart, Treasure and Chadwick (2008) and which proved beneficial to this research was the importance of good interview skills to facilitate the process of data collection and analysis. Using the ability to be sensitive, responsive and empathetic was crucial. The simultaneous use of listening, introducing probing questions and synthesizing through the process of analysis and interpretation was essential in. the interview and analysis phase of this research And finally (Merriam, 2009) highlighted the importance of the way in which information is collected.
