Media Analysis EssayIntroductionIn this essay, I will analyze three movie posters and their remakes. The three movie posters I'm going to analyze are Psycho, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, and Thunderball. Feminism/Male GazeThe first film and its remake that I will discuss is Psycho. Psycho was released in 1960, it is an American horror thriller directed by Alfred Hitchcock. One of the main issues in this film is feminism. There have been many debates about whether or not Hitchcock was a feminist and whether his beliefs related to his films.
