    This research is conducted to examine and evaluate the relationships between years of experience of teachers, educator characteristics (gender and teaching level), three domains of self-efficacy (teaching strategies, classroom association and student engagement), two types of job stress (workload and classroom stress) and job satisfaction. The membership was 1,430 employing teachers, 69% women and 31% men from Western Canada. 20% were teachers working in elementary schools (grades K-6), 6% in primary and secondary schools (grades 7-9), 9% in secondary schools (grades 10-9), 12), in elementary and senior schools (13%, K-9). ) and lower secondary schools (12% from grades 7 to 12). Members lived in a mix of urban (38%), suburban (11%), rural (28%), and additional or undescribed (23%) settings. The cultural heritage of the teachers is Anglo-European, Asian Canadian, Canadian, African and South American. Overall, researchers reasonably handle, execute, and contextualize the entire procedure of operational phases of the study process with clarity and rationality. As I carefully prepare and think about my future research, this study has given me insight into the essential elements I need to incorporate into my essays.1.
