This directly affects the foreign policy of countries and forces them to develop new effective methods and instruments to succeed in the global arena, some of which have not yet been fully studied. In recent years, the “soft power” orientation in politics has gained popularity around the world. But this notion has long had a particular meaning for France, linked above all to its history and its specificities, which makes France a subject of research of great value, because the French experience can be adopted by countries that have less achievements in terms of “soft power”, for example in Russia. Thus, the subject of the article is French foreign policy and, therefore, the subject is the implementation of “soft power” instruments in French foreign policy.
