    A change in business ethics: the impact on employer-employee relationsBusiness ethics is the behavior to which a company adheres in his daily relationships with the world. The ethics of a particular company can be diverse. They apply not only to how the company interacts with the world at large, but also to its individual relationships with a single customer. Over the past few decades, business ethics has become the platform on which the entire business is built. Any disruption of this basis has and will cause great destruction to the entire business sector of this country. If we look through history, we have great examples, from Enron to Bernard Madoof. These incidents gave rise to many laws and regulations to be implemented in the business field. One mistake by Enron bankrupted it, but another was linked to strict business laws. This journal began with the story of the creation of new workplaces after World War II, with the involvement of women in the workforce. It was very difficult to adapt to this completely new environment to function. Many of our fathers and grandfathers adapted well to the new climate, but some of them could not accept working with women, especially in male-dominated roles. This beginning of integration of men and women into the workforce has created a new vision of the employer-employee relationship; a situation in which trust and respect would ultimately be diminished. Not because of women, but because of men who perceived work as a purely “masculine” proposition and society. Some resisted, some changed, but not all of the staff. But this ultimately triggered the gradual decline of workers' trust in their employers.
