Long-term continuity of care is an ongoing process that contributes to the gradual improvement of the physical and mental health of disaster survivors. The sustainability of survivors' mental health is very important so that they can find a way to live normally after experiencing a traumatic event. The impact of trauma can have a negative short- and long-term influence on the survivor's future. However, the emphasis is on promoting long-term treatment for problems resulting from trauma. There are many approaches to helping people heal, each is unique in their own way and it is up to them and their support team to determine the recovery process to follow. When a tragedy occurs that takes away independence, safety and security. The expected outcome of long-term, in-depth treatment for trauma victims should be the deterioration of the obstacles that may stand in their way...
