The Work Effectiveness Questionnaire II (CWEQ-II) was used to measure nurse empowerment, while the survey Patient surveys from Press Ganey Associates were used to measure patient satisfaction. To test the CWEQ-II scale, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. The CWEQ-II alpha score was 0.778. Acceptable Cronbach's alpha values ​​ranged from 0.803 to 0.851. Using driving validity, the results were acceptable. Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient was used to calculate patient satisfaction with nurse empowerment. The result showed a positive and significant correlation between the CWEQ-II score and the Press Ganey overall satisfaction scores (r = 0.052; p < 0.05).
