Many violations were committed within the government. For example, the Constitution only gives Congress the power to determine the requirements for citizenship. This does not give Congress the power to prohibit immigrants from traveling, working, and obtaining adequate compensation. Just because someone is somewhere illegally, does that give Americans the right to pay poorly and mistreat their employees? If the job is ultimately done well, why shouldn't the pay also be fair? Immigrants greatly affect the United States economy. Whether people want to accept it or not, immigrants are a huge factor in America's economic growth as a country. If immigrants are making big productions and money in the United States, why can't they be paid for their hard work? Instead of passing unconstitutional laws, shouldn't we pass at least one law that would benefit immigrants, perhaps appropriately
