    A young Emma Sulkowicz was beginning her sophomore year as an art student at Columbia and was raped in her dorm room. Emma did not report the incident at first, but after hearing from two other classmates who told her that the same rapist was also abusing them, she filed a complaint with the administration. Students tend to be worried about reporting rape because the police aren't always good at making rape accusations.
