  • Essay / Review of Michael Moore's film "Capitalism: A Love Story"

Economic problems have been plaguing our nations for years now. There is one man who can save us all from destruction, or so he thinks, and that man is Michael Moore. In his film Capitalism: A Love Story, Moore travels across the country trying to find those responsible for all the economic crises. He tells the stories of normal citizens who are affected by these problems, and through these stories he tries to convince the audience that bankers and big businesses are cruel and evil and that they must pay for their crimes. Two of the main unethical acts committed by these big corporations, according to Michael Moore, are taking out life insurance on their employees and infiltrating our government to push through their own agenda. Moore then goes on to talk about the Bill of Rights proposed by FDR to help the average American worker. All of these things come together to create Moore's film and help prove his point. We must act now to prevent these problems from recurring in the future..
