In some cases, we talk about distributive justice or fairness in the way different resources are allocated. In other cases, people refer to procedural justice, or the fairness of procedures used for allocation or other types of decision-making. Questions of retributive or restorative justice, on the other hand, concern the appropriate way to deal with cases of injustice and, although many agree that justice is linked to the notion of fairness, ideas about what is just differ depending on the contexts. In fact, it is difficult to give a complete and adequate definition of justice or what it means to behave justly. Such injustice causes serious economic, political and social problems. Today I want to focus on the injustice of discrimination, its causes and solutions. Discrimination is found in education, housing, employment, voting, loans and credit, land use, health services, transportation, public accommodations, and government benefits and services. . Discrimination is described as treating people unequally, for a reason that has nothing to do with legal rights or ability. Discrimination is considered illegal under federal and state laws of the United States of America. These laws prohibit discrimination in employment, availability of housing, rates of pay, right to promotion, educational opportunities, civil rights, and use of facilities based on race, nationality, beliefs, color, age, gender or sexual orientation. Discrimination always promotes or reveals unfair treatment of a particular person or group of people based on prejudice and bias which could lead to emotions such as frustration and anger. Discrimination prevents equal treatment and therefore harms society. Discrimination has existed for a long time and must end so that we can live together in peace and equality. Eradicating discrimination is not an easy task to achieve due to the problems that arise and the time required to resolve them. To eradicate discrimination, everyone's help is necessary. This is not a task to be accomplished by a single person or group of people. Keep in mind: this is just a sample. Get a personalized article from our expert writers now. And this is why we should focus on injustice rather than justice, because if we continue to turn a blind eye to the problems of the world, we will begin to be blind to the justices we celebrate; which will mean that these judges will be of no use.
