Implementation Plan Once the organization's strategy is clear, the next step in the strategic plan is to begin implementing the plan. Implementation has five parts which include identifying short-term goals, initiating specific functional tactics, outsourcing non-core functions, communicating policies that will empower individuals in the organization, and an effective system of rewards.
