I firmly believe that I have the skills, experience, and potential to become an excellent elementary school teacher. I currently work for Explore Learning, a training company where I take on the role of a tutor. My role is similar to that of a teacher in many ways. I work as part of a team to plan, teach and support children in their studies. Throughout my fantastic years of working as a tutor, I have learned to love and aspire to make a difference in a child's education. Having received training including National Curriculum methods, I have developed skills in planning, teaching and marking, using a variety of resources to support a child. Additionally, I undertook work experience at Moat Farm Primary School. I was able to observe and support the children during lessons. It was fascinating to observe the teachers' approach of implementing various methods and strategies in teaching.
