Today's organizationThe business environment for today's organizations is different from that of 25 years ago. Every business era has its unique challenges. A challenge that persists in all environments is the organization's planning strategy for success. Communication is an important facet of organizational planning. Additionally, organizational planning must encompass different types of environments. Different business environments include task, general, and international (Daft, 2013, p. 148). The business environment of the 1990s did not have the advanced social media and video conferencing technologies available today. The author, T. Toperczer (2011), explains that in the 1990s, only one type of videoconferencing equipment was available. Areas that can be addressed using a transnational model for a global business are better coordination, faster knowledge transfer, and simplification of complexity (Daft, 2013, p. 247). Applying a biblical worldview will become increasingly difficult due to different cultures and languages. However, showing others God's love can make the business stand out and God will bless those who show his love to others. Our job is to obey God and live our lives as a living sacrifice. The fruit of this spirit would therefore constitute an appropriate guideline for global transnational corporations. “But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things! (New Living Translation, Galatians 5:22-23)
