In their free time, they tend to chat in small groups and create their own team. Employees manipulate their time, by arriving late for work or manipulating the clock. Usually they rest, read, smoke in the toilets and mainly discuss on social networks about the mismanagement of the company and their manager. Smoking in the workplace is strictly against company culture and is strongly prohibited as it is a smoke-free environment and poses a major health and safety risk. To prevent the group from getting caught by their supervisor, they set up an early warning system to notify the others when the supervisor arrives.
