    At some point, students have had difficulties at home or at school and need to release stress or tension. Sometimes teenagers choose to do activities that are not good. Young people want to feel comfortable and accepted, so they sometimes participate in events that are not good for their bodies, simply to fit in with a group. There is evidence that sports can reduce the risk of teenagers committing crimes or getting into trouble. T-shirts look at negative substances such as drugs, alcohol or tobacco and think they can do whatever they want. Many teens look at these activities and think they are "exciting" or "cool" and want to try them, but if they are busy with sports, they probably won't be as easily swayed. Participation in sports helps adolescents avoid trouble by occupying their free time that could be used for malicious purposes, gives them the opportunity to meet new friends who will serve as positive role models, provides adolescents with a way to develop a greater self-esteem and also allows The student to set goals on and off the field. Teenagers should have activities after school. If they don't, they commit wrongdoing. Once teenagers get involved in activities such as sports, they no longer have time to run around and cause trouble. As adolescents learn to perform better in their sport or activity, the feeling of success or accomplishment motivates them to continue practicing and improve. As they excel, they are less likely to avoid trouble. Sport doesn't completely keep children out of trouble, but it helps them! When students play sports, they can't get in trouble, otherwise they can't play! Most teenagers, when they learn this, will do their best to stay out of trouble. Sports teach confidence and leadership, and keep the child... middle of paper ...... do sports at a time! Sport teaches teenagers to get out of their comfort zone. This teaches them to make new friends. According to Debate.org, the sport teaches students survival of the fittest. Organized sports help adolescents stay out of trouble, give them the opportunity to encounter positive influences, provide an opportunity to develop greater self-esteem, and allow students to set goals. Continuing sports throughout school helps teens stay on track.
