    Classrooms in today's schools are very cramped and overcrowded. Teachers have more students than they can teach, making it difficult to provide any individual attention. There is a growing need for education professionals, all areas of education need more teachers and each type of educator has different teaching skills and is at different ends of the salary scale depending of his teaching specialty. There are more and more preschool teachers. and more sought after. The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects that the need for preschool teachers will increase 25 percent by 2020, which is a faster-than-normal increase. It is widely accepted that early childhood education is important for a child's intellectual and social development. As a result, the demand for preschool programs has increased, which is expected to create a demand for preschool teachers. (Preschool Teachers, 2012) With the need for preschool teachers increasing, more jobs will open up in this field. Special education teachers and elementary school teachers are not as sought after, although there is always a need for more teachers in these fields. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the need for teachers in special education and elementary schools is only expected to increase by 17 percent. As enrollment rates in schools increase, so does the need for teachers who understand disability. These jobs will increase in all 3 areas by 2020, preschool jobs are expected to increase by 113,600 jobs (preschool teachers, 2012), while special education jobs will increase by 77,400 (special education teachers, 2012) and jobs in elementary schools will increase the most by 2020. creating 281,500 jobs.
