The results may reveal that additional effort is needed to find an appropriate solution, or they may show that the solution is within reach. Regardless, for the employee to have a successful creative solution, it must be one that will bring about the change they are seeking. Some persistence may be required to continue searching for a solution. However, with the right perseverance, the employee will find a solution.
