As the weeks turned into months, the weight of depression grew heavier. I often found myself lying in bed for hours, unable to muster the energy to face the day. Simple tasks, like getting dressed or eating, have become monumental challenges. The joy I once found in my hobbies is gone, replaced by an overwhelming feeling of apathy.
